Nickolas Update

Update from Tiffany Seiber Hatmaker: Spinal tap and clinic went ok today. His counts weren't high enough to up the dose of chemo this time. Since maintenance phase is coming up a new worry has been bothering me and today I asked the dreaded question...what are the chances he will relapse? The answer...very slim! Whew. Glad I asked. Because he had no cancer cells on day 28 of treatment, and he has responded so well to treatment, there's a very slim chance of relapse. The Dr. said he came through this, "beautifully". Chemo again in 10 days then maintenance. This means spinal tap once a month and chemo and steroids at home for 2.5 years. We can handle that! God is good.

Nickolas and Alyssa Check Up

Nickolas went to the doctor yesterday and his counts are over 1100! Everything looks great with him. He goes back in 10 days for a spinal tap. Alyssa went back to the doctor today for more x-rays to see how her arm is healing. She will go back in two weeks to get a new cast.

The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville

Me, Mom, Deidra, Kim and Tyler all went to surprise Nickolas and Alyssa in Nashville. We met at the mall and they were excited to see us! We had a perfect day! We shopped all day and had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. The kids were good all day long and loved us being there. Can't wait to go back!
