Opryland Hotel
Tiffany, Wes and the kids went to the Opryland Hotel for a visit on Friday. They had lots of things to do for the kids. Nickolas sat on Santa's lap and told him he wanted a Gator (the battery powered toy he can drive). Tiffany said Alyssa wanted nothing to do with Santa. She did get close enough to tell him she wanted a bicycle, though.
Visit to Vanderbilt
Nickolas went to Vanderbilt today. He goes back in 10 days. Tiffany said his counts are 690 so they have to keep the chemo dose the same as last time instead of increasing it like normal. He will go back Fri for count check only. He will start steroids again in 3 weeks. He will be on them for 21 days. Chemo will be different then too, but the frequency shoud still be once per week. We are not looking forward to him being back on steroids. Keep Nickolas and Tiffany in your prayers! Even though it has been 3 months since his diagnosis, there is still nothing routine about it.
