Hospital Day 6

Nickolas had a good day today. His blood pressure has been high so the doctor put him on blood pressure meds and today it has gone down. He had been running a fever some, so for a few hours today he was feeling pretty yucky. The doctor said everything looks great. The chemotherapy is working and also his liver and spleen are no longer enlarged. Uncle Jamie brought him a remote control helicopter. ...He loved it! Also characters from Veggie Tales came to visit today. Alyssa liked them more than he did. She kept saying, "I wanna see pony tails right now!" When ever we leave Nickolas for the night we always ask him what he wants us to bring him tomorrow. Tonight he told Nana he wanted a toy and he told me he wanted coke. Rest assured we will show up tomorrow with these things. Another round of chemotherapy is scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully all will continue to go well.
